As Research Program Director of the Institute for Corporate Productivity from 2011 to 2017, Amy delivered hundreds of interactive webinars and in-person executive forums on high performance organization issues and solutions. Members included senior level executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Abbott, Amway, AT&T, Cigna, Corning, CVS, Disney, HSBC, McDonalds, McKesson, Microsoft, Pitney Bowes, Toyota and T-Mobile.
Amy is the founder of HR Partner Exchange, a peer group for Strategic HR Business Partners focused on HRBP next practices. Amy has been a principal consultant in three global HR consultancies and received her MBA from Yale School of Management.
